It is very important to remember that not all sections of the order form need to be filled out, since certain sections only apply to specific types of invitations or vendors. Place any special instructions or clarifying notes in the "Special Instructions" section of the order form.   4. Review your complete order and price. After we receive your original order form, we will process your order and determine the total cost, including the applicable taxes (if your shipping address is in Illinois) and shipping charges.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail, usually within 2-3 hours of placing the order (during normal business hours) outlining the details of your order and the total cost.  The ensures that we understand exactly what you are ordering and gives us the chance to ask any clarifying questions or make any recommendations--something that an automatic, machine generated confirmation just can't do.

  5. Submit your confirmation of the order to us after you have reviewed the e-mail so that we can place your order as quickly as possible. We will charge your credit card for the appropriate amount at this time and email confirmation of your order to you.
